The
fences that follow are reasonably simple to build. The bill of materials
quoted is for an 8’ section. To estimate the total material required,
simply multiply by the number of 8’ sections in your plan, and add an
extra end post.

This privacy
fence provides good ventilation and looks attractive from either
side. It's easy to build, using a basic frame with boards nailed
to each side.

alternating board on board design and provides a surface for climbing

Board Fence This
privacy fence uses inserts between boards to give a solid board finish.
Or you can space the boards and inserts apart for a more open look and
better ventilation.

Fence In this privacy fence, boards and inserts are spaced tight, and the height
of the inserts becomes the design variable. |
